Crystal Trower founded Sogna di Vita in 2015. The name is Italian for 'Life's Dream', and the salon began as her own dream before growing into a team-based studio with several stylists.

Services include balayage, toners and touch-ups, and ombre, along with custom color that starts with a consultation about the client's goals, daily routine and how much maintenance they want. Blonding is offered in several levels, from Express Blonding through Full Blonding, with Root & Refresh, Single Process, glaze services and color correction also available. Color correction is priced after a consultation, and other color prices are listed as starting amounts.

Cuts and styling include precision haircuts, bang trims, children's cuts for clients under 10, men's cuts, Cut + Style, K18 Blow Out, Luxury Blow Out and special occasion styling. Bridal work covers hair for the bride, bridesmaids and attendees, flower girls, touch-ups on the day, and a preview session for one look. Bridal services can be done on location for groups of at least five people, with travel fees based on distance and a minimum travel fee of $100 per stylist. A second stylist can be added for $150. A bridal date is held only once a contract is signed, valet parking is added to the bridal suite bill, and trial sessions can be requested by email.

Each visit opens with a consultation about what the client is hoping for. Guests are offered a drink and time to relax during their appointment, and they leave with hair care and product tips for home. Stylists work as employees paid on commission, with a possible annual bonus. Prices follow a level system based on stylist experience and demand, and may rise with additional product use.
