Color is a core service. Stylists work in balayage, hand painting, babylights, teased highlights and traditional foil work, for blonde, brunette, copper and red hair. Classic gray coverage and custom color are both offered. Cuts include curtain bangs, lived-in layers and blunt bobs. Smoothing options include a formaldehyde-free shine treatment and the Cezanne and Brazilian Blowout smoothing services, and reparative conditioning treatments are also available. Extensions are hand-sewn, K-tip or tape-in, and every new extension guest has a consultation before booking.

The Blowout Club membership is available at both locations and works with select stylists. It comes in three monthly tiers, each including blowouts and deep conditioning treatments or a clear gloss, with a color gloss upgrade available. Higher tiers include larger retail and smoothing discounts. Members book every service, including smoothing, under the Blowout Club menu. Walk-ins are accepted, though booking ahead is recommended, and cancellations made up to 24 hours ahead carry no fee.

The Arlington location is at the corner of Mass Avenue and Park Avenue, just outside Boston, is reachable by the MBTA and has free on-street parking. The Belmont location is in Belmont Center within walking distance of restaurants and coffee shops, with a lot behind the building offering free 2-hour parking or metered parking for longer stays. Both are open Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 8 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 7 PM and Sunday 11 AM to 5 PM. The salon welcomes clients of all ages, including children, and offers group booking discounts and financing or payment plans on inquiry.

The salon's main focus is guests' comfort and overall experience in the chair, with a matchmaking survey to pair guests with a suitable stylist.
