Hair is the core of the menu. Color options include single process, glosses, mini, partial and full foil, double process for platinum and vivid shades, and balayage. Balayage is hand-painted for a graduated, natural look and typically lasts six months to a year. A first balayage visit includes a consultation and analysis, a custom application and a conditioning mask, and balayage starts at $220.

Special events include Girls Night Out parties, hair parties, makeup lessons for two to four people, Princess Parties for ages 6 to 14, fashion shows and photoshoots. Wedding services include up-dos, blow-outs, extensions, makeup and lashes, and the salon will come to a chosen location for weddings. Wedding pricing is available by email request.

Appointments are required and offered Tuesday through Saturday. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice; later cancellations are charged 50% of the service and no-shows 100%. Gift cards cannot be used for weddings or events. New color clients may be asked for a credit card to hold an appointment. Unmetered street parking is available nearby.

The salon aims for natural-looking, lived-in styles that are easy to keep up between visits.
