The menu covers waxing from the face and brows to the arms, legs, back, chest, stomach and bikini area, plus combination packages. Brow services range from simple waxing and tweezing to tinting with henna or a hybrid stain, and brow lamination, which can be booked alone or paired with tint, henna or waxing. Lash services include a tint and a keratin lash lift.

Facials run from a 30-minute clinical facial and a 60-minute refine and renew facial to a Smoothe Start Facial, which new clients and anyone who has been away for six months or more must book first. Add-ons include dermaplaning, microdermabrasion, nano-infusion and Celluma light therapy. Treatments for skin concerns include microneedling, a high-frequency skin treatment, chemical peels, and a vajacial. Teeth whitening is also offered.

The salon says it has received local press recognition, including a WRAL TV award in 2019, a Best of Raleigh listing from the N&O in 2022 and a spot among Raleigh's top spas in 2024. The salon calls itself award-winning. Clients are emailed the policies and contracts to sign after they request an appointment, and products can be picked up at the studio on weekdays or shipped.

The studio focuses on customized, schedule-friendly corrective care and on educating clients about their skin and hair. Its waxing and skincare work is built around the client's own routine and aftercare.

The mission centers on a judgment-free setting where busy professionals can come in without pressure.
