Lindsey Westendorf

Lindsey Westendorf is the founder and owner of Smoothe & Co., and works as its licensed esthetician and lead instructor. She has more than a decade of esthetics experience. She graduated from Mitchell's Academy and spent years as a trainer for a national waxing chain before building an intensive, hands-on training program at the studio.

Her specialty is waxing for men and women. She stepped away from the treatment room for a period and returned to it in 2025. She was recognized as The BEST in the Triangle by INDY WEEK in 2017 and was a finalist for Best Aesthetician in later years. She has been featured in the blogs Bold Journey, Voyage and Voyage Raleigh for her work creating an inclusive environment at the studio.

Her training list includes microdermabrasion, SkinScript product knowledge and chemical peels, Hale and Hush product knowledge, skin tones of color and skin conditions, full-body waxing, contamination prevention and OSHA compliance, Skin Classic, Beaming White teeth whitening, Keratin Lash Lift, PCA and NOON chemical peels, the MBK Acne Detective e-course, Supercilium brow henna, and the American Red Cross Bloodborne Pathogens course. She also completed training with SkinBetter Science Academy, Hydrinity, Noon Aesthetics and ColorScience. Clients can expect a waxing style that is quick and precise, with a calm manner meant to help them relax.
