Customized facials begin with a skin analysis and a professional cleanse, and most include steam, extractions when needed, a mask chosen for the client and a neck and shoulder massage. The Clean Teen Facial is 45 minutes at $75, for ages 13 to 17, and has no massage. The Citrine Delux Facial is the longest and most expensive at 90 minutes and $250. All other facials are for ages 18 and up. Other options include a Pregnancy Facial, an Event Facial (recommended three to five days before an event), and the 60-minute Dermaplane Signature Facial at $150, which includes dermaplaning of the face and neck, an enzyme treatment and a neck and shoulder massage. Facials aimed at specific skin concerns include The People's Signature Facial, Medical Grade Microdermabrasion, Citrine Delux and an Acne-Prone Skin Facial.

Enhancements are add-ons that can be added to a facial. They include oxygen, an LED mask, micro-current, gua sha, chemical peels, an enzyme peel with ultrasonic, an oxygen eye treatment, a hand treatment, brow tint and lash tint. The spa recommends treatments based on what suits each client rather than simply adding services. A series of chemical peels is the one service it does not recommend during pregnancy, while other services can be customized.

Lash services include classic, hybrid and volume eyelash extension full sets at $250, $300 and $350. Fills for clients returning every two weeks are listed at $85 for classic, $100 for hybrid and $120 for volume. A keratin lash lift and tint takes about 80 minutes and costs $130. It lifts, curls and tints natural upper lashes with a keratin and silk peptide formula, and the spa states it uses no harsh chemicals. That treatment is for ages 18 and up. A lash tint on its own darkens existing lashes and typically lasts about four to six weeks.

Waxing covers brows, lip, chin, ear, nose, underarm, bikini, Brazilian and body areas for men and women, and male Brazilian waxing is offered. Prices start at $17 for chin or lip waxing. Waxing follows a strict no-double-dipping policy. Clients are asked to stop shaving at least two weeks before the appointment, leave hair at least a quarter inch long, and avoid exfoliating for 24 hours beforehand.

A credit card is required to hold every booked appointment. Cancelling or rescheduling within 48 hours of an appointment incurs a charge of 50 percent of the service total, and cancelling, rescheduling or no-showing within 24 hours incurs the full total. New clients are asked to arrive at least 10 minutes early to complete an intake form. Clients under 18 may bring one companion because the waiting area is small. The shop front desk welcomes walk-ins Monday from 12 to 5pm, Tuesday from 10am to 4pm, Wednesday from 12 to 5pm and Friday from 9:30am to 3:30pm, but calling ahead is recommended because estheticians may be with clients.
