The menu is organized into arm, back, bikini, body, chest and stomach, face and leg waxing, plus full body waxing.

The studio's mission is helping clients reach smooth skin using clean ingredients, and each waxing visit is customized to the guest. Hard wax is used, described as cruelty-free, with a vegan option available. Vajacials cleanse, exfoliate and nourish the bikini area, and bikini masks are applied after a bikini service in hydrating, brightening or ingrown hair defense versions.

Lash extension clients receive a complimentary in-depth consultation before each set and an aftercare kit with pre and post care instructions. Appointments usually run about 1.5 to 3 hours. The studio also offers a Lash Lift, which sets natural lashes for results lasting 6 to 8 weeks. Angel Lashes use one extension per natural lash, while the Volume, Volume-Wispy and Mega Volume styles place multiple lightweight extensions on each natural lash.

Booking requires a credit card to secure the appointment. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 48 hours' notice and must be made by phone or voicemail, since online cancellations still incur the fee. Same-day wax cancellations are charged half the price of each service cancelled, and no-shows are charged the full service price. Text reminders are sent 48 hours before appointments. Gratuity is accepted in cash or through Venmo.

Before a wax, clients are asked not to shave for two to three weeks, to let hair grow to at least a quarter inch, to exfoliate the area 24 to 48 hours beforehand, and to skip lotions, oils and moisturizers that day. Lash clients should arrive with clean lashes free of makeup, oils and mascara, and a lash bath by the artist is an extra charge. Late arrivals may be given a shortened service or need to rebook.
