The salon offers coloring, cuts, styling, texturing, waxing and formal and bridal updos. Color services range from root touch-ups and toners to foil and balayage highlighting, with packages that combine color, conditioning and a signature blowout. Texture treatments include keratin and Brazilian smoothing services for frizz. Formal and bridal work covers updos for weddings and flower girls, bridal blow dries and a two-hour bridal hair trial. A travel fee of $100 per stylist applies to formal and bridal services.

New clients usually start with a complimentary consultation of about 15 minutes to talk through hair goals and the time a service will take. Before the first visit, new clients complete an online consultation form and are asked to send photos of their current hair and the look they want. Online booking is not available; appointments are requested through a web form and the salon reaches out to confirm.

Appointments are secured with a credit card on file, which is not charged beforehand unless the cancellation policy applies. Changes need at least 24 hours' notice by phone; later cancellations are charged 50 percent of the scheduled service, and no-call, no-show visits are charged the full service. Refunds are not issued for services, but cut or color adjustments can be requested within two weeks of the appointment. Clients are asked to disclose their full hair history, since damage from undisclosed history is not the responsibility of the stylist or the salon.

Seaside Beauty Lounge, run by Meghan Wilkins on the second floor, offers skincare, lash and brow services, so clients can book those alongside a hair visit.
