Color is the core of the menu, from balayage and foil highlights to root color, toners, glosses and color correction. Extensions include invisible bead and sew-in options, and every extension service starts with a consultation where pricing is set. Cuts and blowouts range from a wash, cut and style to a pin-set blow-dry and a Brazilian Blowout. Skin services run from classic and dermaplaning facials to advanced options such as microdermabrasion, a PCA chemical peel and microneedling. Lashes, lash refills, brow and makeup services, facial and body waxing, and sunless tanning round out the menu.

Bridal work is primarily on-location, with travel within 20 miles and to destinations beyond that. Bridal consultations are complimentary, a non-refundable $250 deposit secures a date, and on-site bridal services carry a $750 client minimum. Makeup for bridal bookings is provided by independent artists who set their own prices. Responses to bridal inquiries may take up to 72 hours, and clients who need immediate help are asked to call the salon.

Booking is by appointment only, online, by phone, by text or in person, and appointments usually book four to six weeks ahead. A valid credit card is required to reserve, but is not charged at booking. Cancellations and reschedules need at least 24 hours' notice and must be made by phone, and late cancellations and no-shows carry a $100 fee. Clients who use retinol, retinoids or acne medication are asked to contact the salon before their appointment. Tips are appreciated but not expected, with cash or Venmo preferred.
