Its core work is installation: sew-ins, bonded installs (including the Quickweave service), wig installs and custom wigs. Alongside these it offers silk press styling, signature precision and layered cuts, color work such as balayage and fashion colors, healthy natural hair care, and updos, braids and curls for occasions like weddings and proms.

Each install is shaped around the client, starting with a conversation about what they want. Stylists are expected to keep up with current trends and techniques. The salon describes its own products as top-of-the-line and aimed at nourishing hair. It prefers that clients use its in-house Kreanique Hair Collection for the best outcome, though clients who bring hair from approved outside vendors (Dhair Boutique for raw bundles, Luv Me Hair for HD lace wigs only, and Yummy Hair Extensions for raw bundles) can still book.

The salon is open Tuesday through Friday from 11 AM to 6 PM and Saturday from 11 AM to 3 PM, and is closed Sundays and Mondays. The booking calendar for the following month opens on the 20th of each month at 10 AM Eastern, and appointments are given out first come, first served. Cancellations within 48 hours cost $50 and within 24 hours cost $100. Every appointment has a 10-minute grace period, arrivals more than 10 minutes late pay a $25 late fee, and an appointment is cancelled with the retainer forfeited if a client is more than 30 minutes late without notice. Sales and completed services are final, concerns must be raised within 48 hours of the appointment, children under 12 are not permitted unless they are the client, and extra guests are only allowed if they are receiving a service.

Installs are customized to each client after listening to what they want, and stylists stay current on trends and techniques.
