The practice says it has treated patients for about 35 years, and that patients have travelled to it from across the U.S. and from Australia, South Africa and England.

The practice works only on the face and neck, with instruments and staff dedicated to those procedures. It aims for natural-looking results and says it avoids making patients look overdone. Consultations are built around each patient's goals and case, and surgeons will sometimes suggest a non-surgical option or advise on whether surgery should wait.

Initial consultations are free and can take place in person, by phone or by video chat. Phone and video consultations ask for a front photo and a side photo taken against a plain background without filters. Once a surgery date is chosen, the team prepares a customized surgical booklet, and a pre-operative appointment takes place two weeks before surgery, which can be done by phone.

Surgery is performed in an office-based suite accredited by the Accreditation Association for Ambulatory Health Care, with pre-operative care and monitored recovery on site. Nearly all surgical procedures use conscious anesthesia. Patients need a caregiver for at least the first 24 hours after surgery and are advised to have one for 48 to 72 hours in many cases. Follow-up visits are usually the day after surgery and at one week and ten days after. Most patients go home 10 days to two weeks after surgery, depending on the procedure.

The medical spa works under physician oversight and offers Botox, Dysport and dermal fillers including Juvederm, Restylane, Revanesse and Sculptra, along with liquid rhinoplasty, which is a non-surgical nose contouring treatment that takes about fifteen minutes and can be reversed with hyaluronidase. Laser services include CO2 fractional skin resurfacing, IPL photofacial, laser vein removal and laser hair removal for the face and body. Facial treatments include hydrofacials, Hydro Wand facials, medical-grade chemical peels, microneedling and red and blue LED light therapy.

Visitors coming from farther away can get assistance arranging their trip, and the office is a short distance from Centennial Airport. Staff will suggest lodging for the recovery period, and the hotels they point to in the area are The Inverness Denver, Denver Marriott Tech Center, Hyatt Regency Denver Tech Center, and DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Denver Tech Center.
