The menu covers brow shaping, brow tinting and lamination, and a range of facials, from custom treatments and back facials to three tiers of Hydrafacial. Several treatments are planned as a course. BioRePeel is suggested as a series of four, spaced every 7 to 10 days, and Hair Restoration is usually given as a series. Procell Face and Neck and PDRN with GHK-Cu microchanneling are also sold as packages of three, and custom facials begin with a consultation.

Clients can join one of three memberships, The Essence, The Luxe or The Prestige, or buy gift cards. In-person Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment. The studio is open Monday through Friday from 8 AM to 7 PM and is closed on weekends. A 30% fee applies to no-shows, to cancellations made within 24 hours, and to arrivals 15 minutes or more after the scheduled time.
