Facials are built around a standard set of steps: a double cleanse, exfoliation, steam, aromatherapy, lymph drainage, a therapeutic mask, shoulder, neck and scalp massage, corrective serums, a customized moisturizer, an eye treatment and sun protection. The Express Facial and Express Peel are 30-minute options at $80 each, and extractions and massage are not included in either. The Classic Glow and Clear & Calm facials run 40 or 55 minutes for $100 or $120, with the Classic Glow including an upper body massage and the Clear & Calm including extractions and a custom mask. The Platinum Glow facial is a 55-minute treatment at $160 that adds a CBD upper body massage and a brightening peel.

Waxing uses hard and strip wax made for sensitive skin and adjusted to each client's skin and hair type. Every waxing visit includes a numbing antiseptic before and a soothing treatment after. The salon describes its waxing as a specialty, especially brows and Brazilian waxing, and calls it the highest professional quality wax available. A Brazilian removes hair from the front of the bikini area and up the back, excluding the buttocks, and a strip or shaped front can be kept if preferred. Before a waxing visit, clients are asked to let hair grow to about a quarter inch, avoid caffeine and exercise for three hours beforehand, stop skin-thinning products such as retinoids and strong acids about five days before and after, and avoid sun and tanning beds for seven days before. Clients may bring their own numbing cream to apply 15 to 30 minutes ahead.

Brow lamination with tint takes about 45 minutes and lash lift with tint about an hour, with results lasting six to eight weeks. Spray tans are also offered. A monthly facial membership gives 15% off services on the day of a pre-booked monthly facial. Clients can book online or by calling or texting the owner. Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice, otherwise the full price of the booked services is charged. Skin care, body care and brow products are sold, including the Ultraluxe, Epicuren and Kelly Baker Brow lines, along with the Michele Corley clinical skin care line, which focuses on anti-aging peptides and stem cells. Gift cards are sold online in set amounts or a custom value.
