Appointments are booked online through Vagaro, where a new client form is also available. A credit card must be kept on file to hold a booking and is charged only if the cancellation policy is not followed. Cancellations need 24 hours' notice; a cancellation inside that window is charged half of the booked services, and same-day cancellations and no-shows are charged the full service amount. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean the booked service cannot be provided, and a cancellation fee applies. Service adjustments are available within one week with the same stylist if no further cutting or chemical work has been done, and any extra charges are discussed before work begins. The salon publishes at-home hair care tips for extension clients on its Haircare 101 page and rents its space for education events hosted by stylists in Orange County. The contact page lists hours of Monday 10 AM to 2 PM and Tuesday through Saturday 9 AM to 6 PM, closed Sunday, without naming a location.
