Waxing takes place in private rooms in a unisex space. The salon trains its waxologists to work on men as well as women. Threading uses a twisted thread to lift hair from the follicle, which suits precise shaping like brows and short lines of hair on the upper lip. Among the men's options are Speedo and Brazilian waxing, which clear the front and between the legs or remove all hair from front to back. Women's options include classic and French bikini, where the French style leaves a shape such as a triangle, landing strip or square on top.

Appointments are required and are booked by calling or texting. Clients are asked to avoid alcohol, sunbathing, and lotions, gels or oils before a wax, and to skip heat, exercise and heavy creams for about 24 hours afterward. Waxing isn't recommended after recent sun exposure, swimming or other exercise, or while taking certain skin-sensitizing medications. Hair should be roughly a quarter to half an inch long, with waxes every three to four weeks and no more than six weeks between visits. Clients who shave should wait at least three weeks after their last razor use.

If a wax doesn't feel right, clients can contact the salon within 48 hours to be booked back in. Ingrown hairs that need the skin broken to remove them are not handled by the waxologists; prevention is discussed instead. After three missed appointments, the salon asks clients to hold appointments with a credit card. Mothers may take underage daughters into the waxing room, and other companions wait in reception. Disposable panties are available on request.
