Lash Citizen works from a suite on Atlantic Boulevard in Neptune Beach. Clients book online through the studio's Glossgenius page, and the studio is open Monday through Friday, with Wednesday and Thursday hours running later into the evening and Saturday and Sunday closed.

About

The menu centers on lash extensions, offered in five full-set styles. A Classic Full Set places one individual extension on each natural lash for a natural look and is priced at $130. A Hybrid Full Set mixes classic extensions with lightweight volume fans at $165, and a Light Volume Full Set is also $165. Full sets run roughly two and a half to nearly three hours depending on the style.

Clients who are already wearing extensions from another artist can book a Foreign Fill at $110, and new clients booking that service pay a $10 deposit. If too few healthy extensions remain, the studio may recommend removing them and starting with a new full set instead. Maintenance fills for the classic and volume styles are offered for the two-to-three-week window, priced at $80 and $105, and a Mega Volume Fill starts at $120.

Other services include a Korean Lash Lift and Tint at $75, which curls natural lashes and darkens them, and Lash Removal at $30. Payment plans through Buy Now, Pay Later are available for bookings between $50 and $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment. A 25% fee applies to cancelled appointments, and clients who cannot make a visit are asked to contact the studio as soon as possible to reschedule.
