Custom facials are the core of the menu, with each treatment tailored to the client. Options range from express and deluxe facials to a custom acne facial that includes extractions when needed, and a deluxe ageless facial that begins with an esthetician consultation. Other treatments include a needle-free nano infusion facial, lactic and advanced level 2 peels, an oxygen facial, a microcurrent mini facelift facial, and a bum facial. The Glow Up facial starts with a full face wax, including brows, followed by cleansing, enzyme exfoliation and a mask.

Waxing covers the face, arms, legs, back, chest, underarms and bikini area, with Brazilian, deep bikini and basic bikini options and bundles that combine bikini, underarm or leg waxing. The salon describes its Brazilian wax as the quickest in Jacksonville, at 15 minutes or less. Eyebrow shaping, tinting and lamination, along with eyelash lifts and tints, round out the menu.

The studio describes its environment as judgment-free and welcoming to all clients, including those with sensitive skin. Packages can be booked online, with package credits applied automatically at checkout, and Buy Now, Pay Later is available for bookings from $50 to $4,000 with approval needed before the appointment. Cancellations under 24 hours' notice, and no-shows or no-calls, are charged 50% of the service price, and arriving 5 to 15 minutes late, depending on services booked, may result in a 50% fee.

Each facial is customized to the client, with skincare treated as a core focus and the aim of leaving skin looking and feeling its best.
