Pricing is listed as a starting point for most styles and goes up with size, length and the amount of added hair. Most prices include the hair, beads and accessories. Clients who bring their own hair keep the same price. Some options, such as the waist-length knotless deal and the Adult/Teen Knotless Special, come with limits on availability, excluded sizes or separately charged extra colors. Children ages 1 to 12 have their own section with braids, ponytails and simple quick styles.

Booking requires a non-refundable $30 deposit, which goes toward the total at the appointment. Clients may reschedule once with at least 48 hours notice. A $15 fee applies to cancellations made without that notice, and a $20 late fee applies when a client arrives 20 minutes late. Arriving 30 minutes late cancels the appointment. Clients who miss a booking without calling are not accepted for future appointments, and repeated cancellations may cost booking privileges. Same-day squeeze-ins are sometimes possible for an extra fee when a slot is open. Clients must be 18 or older to book, and parents book on behalf of minors.

Clients are asked to arrive with washed, blow-dried and detangled hair unless they have paid for prep services. Otherwise an additional service fee may apply. The business lists its hours as open until 7:00 pm.
