Single and double weft Microlinks last up to 10 to 12 weeks with proper care and need a touch-up every four weeks. I-Tip Microlinks use unlined copper beads and last up to 12 weeks without a touch-up. K-Tips are keratin-based bonds fused strand by strand, last up to 12 to 18 weeks before removal and reinstall, and can be custom-sized for finer hair. Hybrid installs combine weft Microlinks with I-Tips or K-Tips and require add-ons. Microlinks are not a protective style, so the business reminds clients that natural hair needs care between visits.

New clients create an account, book a service and upload a clear photo of their natural hair at the final booking step for a virtual consultation. Clients who have not been seen in more than six months are treated as new and must complete a new consultation.
