New clients who want highlights, double-process color or a major color change are asked to complete a Color Consultation first, which is priced separately from the color service itself. Color services are add-ons, so a finishing style is booked on its own.

Appointments are made through the Book Now button on the website, and a card must be kept on file. Walk-ins are not accepted, but clients can text about last-minute openings or join a waitlist by sending their available dates and times. Shampooing is part of the service, so clients don't need to arrive with clean hair. The studio is open Wednesday through Friday from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m., with Tuesday sometimes added to the schedule. Cancellations made up to 48 hours ahead carry no charge; those made within 24 hours are charged 50% of the scheduled cost. The card on file is charged only for a no-show.
