The salon describes its treatments as results-driven and personalized. Care usually begins with a consultation: the New Client Facial includes a skin consultation, a custom facial and a treatment plan, and new clients can also start with a virtual consultation held over FaceTime for a $100 deposit, with products charged separately.

Acne care is a major focus. The Acne Bootcamp is a committed program with treatments every two to three weeks, and the Acne Facial, a 75-minute treatment with extractions, high frequency and blue light therapy, is recommended as a step toward it. Bootcamp clients should expect an estimated $180 to $200 for the first set of home care products.
