Beyond Brazilian waxing and brow work, the menu includes face and body waxing for women and men, a range of facials, and back treatments.

Melissa Chandler owns the salon and works as its aesthetician. Clients book appointments only, and walk-ins are not accommodated. Appointments can be booked online at any time, or by calling or texting the salon. Free facial consultations are available. Brazilian waxing is always preceded by a consultation, and clients are asked to disclose any medical conditions and prescription medications, since some services may not be suitable for everyone. Patch testing is recommended for clients who are sensitive to waxing or who use certain skin medications.

Hygiene is part of the routine. Each client receives a new disposable applicator and new vinyl gloves, and applicators are never dipped back into the wax. Tools are disinfected with Marvicide II, a quaternary ammonium compound. For first-time waxing, hair should have grown for 10 to 14 days, and trimming is not needed. Waxing takes between 15 minutes and an hour depending on the area and hair density, and regular waxing every three to four weeks is suggested so hair grows in on a steadier cycle. Clients are asked to avoid heavy exercise for at least 10 hours afterward and to skip exfoliants for at least 24 hours.

Booking terms: cancellations need 24 hours' notice, and no-call, no-show appointments are not rescheduled. If a client has contacted the salon and arrives late, the appointment is held for 15 minutes; facials are shortened to the time left, and waxing may need to be rebooked. Payment can be made in cash or by personal check, or by Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express or debit card. Tipping is optional. The salon is no longer accepting new male clients for Brazilian waxing.

The salon builds a home care routine suited to each client's skin type, and facial and skin concerns are discussed at a consultation first.
