Treatments are meant to be personal and built around each client's skin. New clients book the New Client Facial, which includes a consultation before any treatment. The facial menu covers cleansing, dermaplaning, extractions, LED light therapy and custom masks, with versions for acne, men's skin, the back, and pregnant or nursing clients who need pregnancy-safe ingredients. Microneedling, several chemical peels and a multi-visit acne program round out the treatment menu.

Clients book through the Services menu on the website. Before a facial, they are asked to avoid retinols and other active ingredients for 24 hours and to arrive with a clean, makeup-free face. Afterward, they should avoid workouts, sweating, makeup and harsh active ingredients for 24 hours. Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours ahead are charged 50% of the booked service, and no-call no-shows and same-day cancellations are charged in full. Rebooking waits until any fee is paid.

The studio also sells skincare online, with free shipping on orders of $250 or more, and offers value packages with discounted pricing and simpler scheduling.

Treatments are designed to be personal and fitted to each client's skin.
