Skyy Hadley opened the spa in Hoboken in 2003. She started in the beauty industry in 1997 and works as a celebrity nail and lash artist. The spa sits about a 15-minute PATH ride from New York City and is within walking distance of the Hoboken train station. It is wheelchair accessible, and the spa describes its space as cozy and serene.

Clients are seen by appointment so each visit can be fully attended to. A deposit is needed to book, and a major credit card is required to hold an appointment. Changes need 24 hours' notice, and cancellations or no-shows with less notice carry a $35 charge; the deposit is not refunded for late cancellations. Arriving more than 20 minutes late may mean rescheduling. Children are only welcome with an appointment. Cash, Visa and MasterCard are accepted, and gift cards are available in set amounts or custom values, including group gift cards.

The nail menu covers manicures without acrylic, using Zoya polish that is free of toluene and formaldehyde. Spa manicures let clients choose a warm cream, such as Black Cherry and Nutmeg, Mango and Coconut, or Vanilla Shimmer. Pedicures are done at stations with stainless steel bowls, and the spa offers a signature pedicure along with named treatments such as The Black Diamond Sea, The Blue Lagoon, Sweet Release and Dream Escape. A sport pedicure for men is also offered. Gel X full sets are listed by length, and there are gel, polygel and repair options plus nail art.

Lash extensions use Xtreme Lashes synthetic, semi-permanent extensions curved to match natural lashes, with packages named Classic, Dream, Fantasy and Goddess. The spa recommends refills every two to four weeks, and a free consultation is offered for lash services. A mobile lash service called Lash on Wheels is available at a premium price. Brow options include tinting, clean up, hand tweezing, microblading at three levels, eyebrow shading, and a microblading consultation that is credited toward a booked microblading appointment. Permanent eyeliner and thin permanent lipliner are also listed.

Waxing is offered for the face, underarms, arms, legs, bikini, back, chest and stomach, with honey or lavender wax. Lavender wax is described as stripless and suited to all skin types, while honey wax is used for coarse hair. Tanning uses a botanical tanning solution in three glow levels. Makeup includes bridal and bridal party looks, a home visit trial, a mother and bride package, a natural clean look and quick-fix looks with lashes. Beauty on the Move is a mobile service for clients within a 50-mile radius of Hoboken, and the spa hosts private events such as bridal showers, corporate gatherings and birthday celebrations.
