Skyline Plastic Surgery is led by Dr. Alberto J. Aviles and operates from three offices in southeastern Michigan. The Southfield office is the primary location and offers the full range of non-surgical services. The Warren office offers injectables, microneedling and targeted skin rejuvenation, and the Macomb Township office is the third location.

The practice offers cosmetic and reconstructive surgery for the face, breast and body. Facial work includes rhinoplasty, eyelid surgery, facelifts, brow lifts and facial implants. Body procedures include abdominoplasty, liposuction, body, arm and thigh lifts, and contouring after bariatric surgery. Breast surgery covers augmentation with silicone or saline implants, lifts, reduction, reconstruction and implant removal with capsulectomy. Men can consider gynecomastia correction, body contouring and facial refinement. Hand and wrist surgery and aesthetic repair of skin affected by cancer are also offered.

Non-surgical treatments include Botox and other neuromodulators, which are used for forehead lines, frown lines and crow's feet, as well as for a non-surgical brow lift and jawline softening. Hyaluronic acid dermal fillers are used for lip enhancement, cheek volume, softening of folds and jawline refinement. Other options include chemical peels in superficial, medium and deep depths, laser treatments, microneedling, microblading, and CoolSculpting for targeted fat reduction at the Southfield office. Procedures are performed in accredited operating suites or an accredited facility.

Each patient receives an individualized plan that covers pre-operative guidance, a recovery timeline and post-operative follow-up. Concierge visits and priority scheduling are available on request. Online booking is offered at the Southfield and Warren offices, and other appointments are made by phone. Payment can be made online by card or bank transfer. Allē financing is available for elective aesthetic treatments, and CareCredit offers longer-term plans for larger balances.

Wound and hyperbaric care is provided through the Wound & Hyperbaric Center at Providence Park, which Dr. Aviles directs.

The practice describes its focus as proportion, balance and safety in results, and builds each plan around the individual patient. Non-surgical plans are clinician-led and tailored to each patient's anatomy and goals.
