Services are grouped into bridal trials, hair and makeup. Bridal trials are booked only after the contract is signed and the booking fee is paid. A Hair Preview and a Makeup Preview each run 120 minutes at $200, and the Gina Ritacco Trial is $175 for 120 minutes. They give a bride time to test hairstyles or a makeup look, make adjustments and meet her artist before the wedding.

Event work comes in two settings. In-studio hair or makeup for events other than the client's own wedding runs 90 minutes at $175. On-location hair styling runs 90 minutes at $200, and on-location makeup is $200, each with a travel fee added.

Booking policies are set out on the booking page. Clients are asked to give 24 hours notice to cancel. A cancellation made less than 12 hours before the appointment is charged 50% of the service. No-call, no-show clients are charged the full service and cannot book again, except in an emergency. Wedding clients can add a card on file through a 10-minute booking option, and the card is not charged. Payment is sent through Zelle. The booking page lists hours of 10 AM to 3 PM on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, with the studio closed Monday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Questions can be sent through the contact form, which is emailed to Skylar Grimes. When extra help is needed or a client needs a different artist, the studio works with a network of collaborating artists.

Each booking starts with a conversation about the client's vision, preferences and concerns before the appointment. The studio says it takes precautions to keep its tools, products and workspace clean.
