The spa is certified as an Acne Clinic by Face Reality, and Face Reality products are sold in person at the spa.

New clients can start with a complimentary 15-minute consultation with a Medical Aesthetician. An AI skin analysis enhanced consultation includes a $45 credit toward facial treatments. The spa also offers a mineral-based foundation custom-formulated for each client's skin tone, type and concerns.

Facial packages bundle three of a single treatment, such as European Flawless, Clarifying Acne, Vitamin C, Hydra-Diamond, Dermaplaning, BB Glow, Skip the Botox or Ultimate Glass facials, along with four BioRePeel treatments and facial and massage combinations. Workshops include Makeup 101, Skincare 101, Wellness 101 and Mix N' Mingles, and private Make It Yours spa events are also offered.
