Skylar Grimes

Skylar Grimes is a makeup artist and hairstylist. She is based in Boonton, New Jersey, and travels to clients. She offers bridal, soft glam, full glam, and TV and film work. She holds a New Jersey cosmetology license after training at the MCVTS Cosmetology Program in New Jersey. She also holds a certification in special effects and prosthetic makeup artistry from the Vocational Academy of Makeup and Prosthetics in Orlando, Florida, and a certification in freelance makeup artistry from Makeup Academy in Hoboken, New Jersey. For hair extensions, she holds a sew-in certification from Bellami Professional and a certification in thermal keratin bonded extensions from Great Lengths USA. Her training also includes in-person masterclasses with Jamie Saunders and Lauren Damelio, and hairstyling masterclasses with Sarah W, Kevin Luong, Samantha Jaymes and Juan Tamez.
