Color is a major part of the work. Options include root touch-ups, allover color, color melting, toning with a professional blow-dry, and Vivid Color, a bright fashion shade priced by the hour. Blonding can be done as luminous highlights, platinum blondes or soft balayage. Vivid Color and root, melted and allover color need a consultation before booking.

Extension work uses sew-in, tape-in, K-Tip and bead methods, and hair tinsel is available in a range of colors from $25. Extension pricing is set during a consultation. Bang trims, haircuts with a wash and blow-dry, and blowouts round out the cutting and styling menu, and trial updos can be arranged on request.

The studio is open Monday to Wednesday from 11:00 to 15:00 and Friday and Saturday from 11:00 to 19:00, and is closed Thursday and Sunday. Changes to appointments need at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations may carry a fee, and a fee of 50% of the service cost or quoted amount may apply to late cancellations or no-shows. Up-dos do not include washing or blow-drying, so clients arrive with clean, dry hair or book a blowout as well.

Services that need planning, such as extensions and Vivid Color, are booked after a consultation so the result can be discussed first.
