Each facial is built around the client's skin needs and goals, so no two are meant to be the same. Treatments draw on a range of products, customizable powder actives and modalities. The studio takes a holistic view, considering what the body takes in, lifestyle and outside stressors as they affect the skin, and aims for long-term change. It also notes a mind-body connection in its approach. The studio says it uses only organic skincare products free from harmful chemicals and toxins.

The core service is a custom facial built around each client's skin: analysis first, then a double cleanse, steam, chemical exfoliation suited to the skin, massage, and a mask and products chosen during the visit. Add-ons include extractions, suction-cup therapy, cold therapy, ultrasonic cleansing, gua sha, jade stone rolling, high-frequency treatment, a collagen mask, and microcurrent. According to the studio, the Back Facial is recommended for back acne, and the studio describes the Faux Tox Facial as a bridal favorite.

Booking changes go through the member portal or the Square app only, since cancellations by text, DM or email are not accepted. A 50% fee applies to no-shows and to cancellations within 24 hours. Arriving 15 or more minutes late may mean the full service cannot be given or the appointment is cancelled. Before a facial, clients are asked to stop retinol 5 to 7 days ahead, stop exfoliators and acids 72 hours ahead, avoid facial waxing, and wait at least 2 weeks after injectables. Afterward, the studio advises avoiding touching the skin, makeup, sweating and heavy workouts for 6 hours, and avoiding exfoliators, actives and waxing for 3 days. SPF is advised. Gift cards are sold online with balances viewable on the website.
