The menu is organized around facials and body work. Facial options range from customized Glo2Facial treatments and oxygen facials to peels, acne-focused facials, and anti-aging and brightening treatments. Body treatments include contouring, wraps, scrubs, dry brushing and back facials. Hand and foot services, massage and scalp treatments round out the list.

Visits are personalized. Each client's needs, goals and expectations shape the treatment, and the esthetician begins with a skin analysis before choosing exfoliation, extractions when needed, massage, mask and finishing products. Some treatments are hands-on with a provider, while self-service options such as the massage chair, infrared sauna and LED devices are carried out by the client with guidance from staff.

Packages bundle several services into one visit. Pearl Glow ($245, about 2.5 hours), Ocean Glow ($299, about 3 hours) and Sun Glow ($325, about 3.5 hours) each include an infrared sauna, a signature body or back treatment, a custom Glo2Facial and a relaxation session. Sun Glow adds a lifting massage, a custom mask and a lip treatment. Water, coffee and tea are served before and after services, and tea is offered at the end of some visits.

Appointments are booked by calling the Frederick office at (240) 575-9818. Walk-ins are welcome, though appointments take priority, and a credit card is required to hold all appointments. An 18% gratuity is added automatically to spa packages. Partner skincare lines are sold at retail.

Treatments are described as non-surgical options for skincare and wellness, personalized to each client's needs, goals and expectations. The spa offers both hands-on sessions with a provider and self-guided, touchless options.
