The studio's aim is to help each client understand their own skin's needs and personal skin type. A consultation is offered for this purpose, and treatments are built around the concerns a client brings in.

The facial menu runs from a 30-minute mini facial at $75 and a back facial at $98 to longer treatments. The teen and acne facial is 45 minutes at $98 and uses ultrasonic and high-frequency technology with LED light therapy. Corrective treatments use IMAGE Skincare chemical peel exfoliants and are offered stand-alone at $98 or as a series of six for $490. Other options include a diamond-tip microdermabrasion at $98, glow, lift and wrinkle-focused facials, a MAX facial with gua sha massage, a Diamond facial with diamond-tip microdermabrasion and an upper body massage, and HydroGLOW facials ranging from $180 to a 90-minute deluxe version at $230 that combines HydroGLOW, radio frequency, oxygen infusion and LED. The KrX Green Sea Peel uses natural sea spicules and a customized KrX ampoule, and it requires 24 hours of downtime with no physical activity, saunas or makeup.

Waxing is offered for the face and body and is limited to women. Hair should be about a quarter inch long for a proper wax, and clients are asked to exfoliate and moisturize beforehand. Add-ons of $15 can be added to a facial, including LED light therapy through an FDA-cleared SpectraLite mask, ultrasonic technology, a high-frequency anti blemish treatment, and lip, eye and foot treatments. Dermaplaning is $35 added to a facial or $60 on its own. Eyelash and eyebrow tinting are available alone or together, in shades from light brown to deep black, and keratin lash lifts are $85 alone or $100 with tinting.

Clients are asked to arrive five minutes early and complete online forms ahead of time. A valid credit or gift card is required to book, and changes need 24 hours notice. Arriving more than 10 minutes late results in rescheduling and payment of the full service. New male clients are accepted only by referral from an existing client.
