The studio is in the Key Man building at 1409 East Blvd, Suite 109-A, two doors down from Starbucks at the corner of Scott Ave and East Blvd. Parking is out front or behind the building, reached from Scott Ave. Clients come from Myers Park, South End, South Park and Uptown. Booking is by appointment only, by phone at 704-412-1207. Hours are Wednesday 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Thursday 3:15 to 8:00 PM, Friday 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, and alternating Saturdays 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

The menu covers waxing, facials, energy therapy, and add-on services including brow and lash tints, lash lifts, and LED light therapy. Facials are recommended every four to six weeks. The business states that all treatments use organic and medical-grade products.

Cancellations need at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made under 24 hours, no-shows, and arrivals more than 10 minutes late are charged the full service price to the card on file. If a payment fails for insufficient funds, the charge is retried later until it is paid. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, with approval needed before the appointment.
