The studio says its aim is results-driven treatment in a non-clinical setting, with attention to how clients look and feel, and that it wants clients to leave feeling they have been looked after by friends and family. Pre- and post-treatment guidance is part of the service. Gift cards can be bought through the booking platform profile, and a shop section sells Alastin Skin and SkinBetter products.

Injectables are a large part of the menu. Botox and Dysport are offered for forehead lines, crow's feet, frown lines, chin dimples, masseter jaw slimming, neck lines, trapezius muscle tension, and excessive sweating in the underarms, palms and soles. Injection sessions typically take 10 to 20 minutes. Clients are asked to avoid alcohol, aspirin and blood thinners for 24 to 48 hours beforehand, and to avoid lying down for four hours and exercising for 12 hours afterward. Botox and Dysport are not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding, and clients should share their medications with their provider first.

Pricing is listed per unit, per vial, per syringe or by area, with several prices shown as starting points. Botox is $13.50 per unit and Dysport $4.85 per unit. Kybella is $450 per vial for the generic version or $650 per vial, and the GLP-1 Beginner Package is $1,500. Dermal fillers start at $770 for cheek, chin, lip, marionette line, nasolabial fold and undereye areas, with jawline filler starting at $1,540. Facials run from $90 for dermaplaning or an express peel up to $320 for a PRX peel, and laser options include Halo, Moxi and BBL treatments with packages available.

The studio also trains injectors through one-on-one sessions, on-site training at the trainee's location, and shadowing days with Mandy Bazemore or Rochelle Luna. On-site training is $5,000 per day for one person for up to eight hours, with $1,500 added for each extra trainee up to four. Shadowing is $1,200 per day, or $2,000 for two consecutive days. Training covers full face assessment, injection anatomy and safety, neurotoxin placement, filler techniques, Sculptra, Renuva and Radiesse, and handling complications. Trainees supply their own products or buy them through the studio at cost, and travel fees may apply beyond 50 miles of Charlotte.
