The studio is open Monday, Thursday, and Friday with extended daytime hours, Tuesday and Wednesday mornings into the afternoon, Saturday until 4 PM, and Sunday until 3 PM. Cancellations and rescheduling need at least 24 hours notice, and a $30 late fee applies to same-day changes. A no-show without notice is charged 50% of the service price, and arriving more than 10 minutes late may shorten the service. Gift cards come in $50, $75, $100, and $200 amounts or a custom value, and are final sale. Buy Now, Pay Later is available in person for bookings from $50 to $4,000, subject to approval before the appointment.
