Services fall into three groups. Injectables and toxins include Botox, Dysport, Xeomin and Jeuveau at $13 per unit, along with dermal filler, Kybella, Sculptra and SkinVive. Skin and laser work covers Morpheus8 radiofrequency microneedling, Lumecca IPL for pigment correction, SkinPen microneedling, chemical peels, medical grade facials and laser hair removal. Body and wellness includes compounded GLP-1 weight loss with provider check-ins, IV drips, NAD+ and PRP hair restoration. Brow lamination and waxing are also on the menu.

Every service is performed by a licensed medical provider and booked through Jane App. The business describes its providers as board-certified and its treatments as physician-grade. Kybella and Sculptra are planned as a course, with pricing discussed once the plan is agreed; Kybella typically takes two to six sessions at least a month apart, and Sculptra typically takes two to three sessions over a few months. Consultations for laser, microneedling and Morpheus8 are listed as free, and a free 30-minute skin care consultation is offered.

The clinic is open Monday to Friday from 10am to 5pm, with Saturday and Sunday visits by appointment only. Clients are asked to give 24 hours' notice for cancellations: there is no fee for rescheduling or for cancelling more than 24 hours ahead, a $50 fee applies to cancelling within 24 hours, and a $100 fee applies to a no-show. Payment plans are available through Cherry financing up to $10,000 with a soft credit check, and gift cards for products and services can be bought through the online checkout. Clients are asked to arrive with a fresh, makeup-free face and to complete online forms beforehand. Early arrivals can wait in massage chairs.

Each plan begins with a conversation and is personalized from there, and the provider treating each client matches skincare products to that client's skin.
