Dr. Fortunato says every member of the team was hand-selected by her.

Devices and products are chosen by weighing scientific evidence, clinical outcomes, and financial integrity. Dr. Fortunato sources Korean medical-grade protocols and devices firsthand from Seoul. Every neurotoxin unit is placed by her or under her direct supervision, and she administers or directly supervises every injection.

The injectable menu includes neurotoxins, which are priced per unit and quoted at a personal consultation; hyaluronic acid fillers, which can be reversed with hyaluronidase; biostimulators such as Sculptra and Radiesse, which are not reversible; and PDO threads in barbed or smooth forms. The energy-based menu includes Aerolase, Aerolase Neo Elite, NeoSkin Laser, Sylfirm X, X-Therma, Monopolar RF, and LED light therapy.

Facials range from the Hydrafacial, which starts at $199 and takes about 45 minutes and includes a hand treatment, PEMF and photon therapy, and ozone steam, to the Regenerative Ritual Facial at $195 for 75 minutes. The Regenerative Ritual Facial begins with Hinoki wood cleansing, applies PDRN and exosomes with galvanic infusion, and finishes with red light and infrared PEMF; the practice calls it its most luxurious facial. Hydrafacial packages of four start at $599, and four boosters can be added: JLo Beauty Booster, Circadia Chrono-Peptide, and two ZO (Obagi) formulas, Brightalive and Rozatrol.

Scheduling and questions can be handled by chat or text at any hour, and appointments can be booked through the website chat. Financing is offered, including payment plans over several months through Cherry. Skinvestment members receive preferred neurotoxin unit pricing and preferred pricing on maintenance treatments. The retail corner sells physician-curated skincare, supplements, and tonics, and is open Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturday 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., closed Sunday.

Physician-led and evidence-first: science and education come before marketing, and the practice says it does not add volume for its own sake.
