Concierge healthcare, including telemedicine, gives members direct access to the provider, longer appointments and a focus on preventive care. The initial membership visit covers a full physical exam, detailed lab work, non-invasive testing such as an EKG, and a personalized wellness plan. The Platinum All-Inclusive membership includes a 90-minute initial visit and an annual physical. Members also get on-time scheduling, same-day or next-business-day urgent care appointments, after-hours telehealth for non-emergency concerns, and a 24-hour turnaround on prescription refills that do not need prior authorization.

Hormone services include bioidentical hormone optimization, with dosing based on lab testing, and Biote pellet placement with reassessment. Hormone memberships include credit toward future pellets, pre-pellet lab testing, hormone review appointments and priority scheduling. Functional medicine takes a root-cause approach using modern diagnostics and lifestyle science, and addresses gut health, hormone imbalance, fatigue, stress, inflammation, nutrient deficiencies, metabolic health and immune function.

On the aesthetic side, the clinic offers Botox Cosmetic, Botox, Dysport and Jeuveau for wrinkle correction, the Juvederm Collection and Restylane and Allergan hyaluronic acid fillers, Fotona, Candela and Matrix microneedling and resurfacing, and a range of laser and microneedling treatments for acne scars, vascular lesions, stretch marks, snoring and skin tightening. Facials and peels include the DiamondGlow Medical Facial, the VI Peel and a SkinMedica serum infusion. Mindfulness and education programs cover stress reduction, mind-body awareness, holistic lifestyle education and integrative wellness workshops, offered one-on-one and as group sessions. The clinic also publishes a blog on hormone therapy, skincare, mindfulness and weight management.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., with Saturdays by appointment only. The clinic asks for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule.
