The clinic's services fall into two groups. The medical side covers regenerative medicine, hormone and peptide optimization, biohacking and longevity, and functional medicine and performance, including weight management programs and sexual wellness care for men and women. The med spa side covers injectables, skin treatments, regenerative aesthetics, body and recovery sessions, hair restoration, advanced lifting procedures, and IV therapy and injections. Visits open with a free 20-minute in-office consultation. The first full step is an in-depth health assessment covering needs, goals and lifestyle, after which a customized plan is designed and ongoing guidance follows. Weight management consultations begin with goals, health history and a clinician evaluation. Care options and eligibility vary by individual.

Memberships come in three annual tiers. Silver is priced at 2,340 dollars a year, Gold at 4,788 dollars and Platinum at 7,188 dollars. Each plan is a one-time annual charge and is non-refundable. Silver includes 12 DiamondGlow facials a year, one red light therapy session and one hyperbaric oxygen session each month. Gold includes 16 DiamondGlow facials a year, four red light sessions and two hyperbaric sessions each month, one red light sauna session each month, and monthly face and body analysis. Platinum includes 24 DiamondGlow facials a year, 12 red light sessions and four hyperbaric sessions each month, four red light sauna sessions each month, and monthly face and body analysis. The clinic labels Gold as its most popular plan. Members receive discounts on injections and aesthetic procedures of 10 percent (Silver), 15 percent (Gold) or 20 percent (Platinum) after the yearly credit is used, and these cannot be combined with other promotions. Financing is available with a 5 percent processing fee.
