Facials are the core of the menu, ranging from a 60-minute Custom Facial + Consult, which starts with a 10 to 15 minute consultation and ends with a treatment plan, to higher-priced options such as the Diamond Glow Facial, a resurfacing treatment using diamond-tip dermabrasion, and the Unreal Skin | Advanced Treatment, a 60-minute facial using spicule technology with PDRN, exosomes, collagen, hyaluronic acid, CO2 activation and a brightening complex. The Unreal Skin treatment is not recommended for clients with shellfish or citrus allergies or broken, irritated skin, and some redness, mild flaking and dryness are expected afterward. The Infuse + Renew Facial is a corrective facial that uses nano infusion to help serums absorb, with no downtime, and a PDRN add-on is available.

Procell Microchanneling is a 35-minute collagen induction treatment using microchannels and growth factor serums. The business says it can help with fine lines, acne scars, enlarged pores, sun damage, hyperpigmentation, stretch marks and hair rejuvenation. A three-session microneedling package is sold prepaid, with sessions spaced according to skin needs and aimed at collagen stimulation, texture and fine lines.

Acne and body work are also offered. Acne Consult + Treatment begins with a skin consultation and may include a deep cleanse, exfoliation, extractions or O2 therapy. Back Treatment is a 50-minute service for back acne or scarring that includes a consultation. Custom Corrective Peels are chosen after a consultation and take about 45 minutes; they are not offered to first-time clients, and a series is often recommended.

Monthly membership plans are offered. The Ritual Member plan is $105 a month with a three-month minimum commitment, and each month covers one customized facial, one brow wax, 10% off skincare products and priority booking. The Ritual Plus Member plan is $150 a month and covers an advanced customized facial each month, 15% off skincare products, unlimited complimentary brow and lip waxes, priority booking, and complimentary traditional microneedling sessions once a member has been active for 6 months and again at 12 months.

A 15-minute phone consultation is free. Cancellations and reschedules requested with under 24 hours' notice, as well as no-shows, are charged 50% of the scheduled service price. Guests who arrive more than 10 minutes late might have to book again and could also be charged the cancellation fee. Before a Brow Sculpt, stop using retinol or exfoliating acids for 3 to 5 days. Opening hours are Tuesday and Thursday from 1 PM to 7 PM, Wednesday from 9 AM to 3 PM, and Friday from 9 AM to 7 PM. The studio is closed on Monday, Saturday and Sunday.

The studio takes a consultation-led, customized approach, with treatments adjusted to each client's skin and a written treatment plan in several services.
