Every appointment begins with a consultation, and that consultation is included with color services. Color formulas are mixed for each client rather than taken from a chart, and the salon uses professional-only color lines. First-time visitors are welcome. Hair appointments are booked by text or phone at (919) 795-6742. Anyone who needs a visit within 24 hours is asked to text instead of calling, because staff do not answer the phone while with clients. Nail appointments are booked by calling (919) 971-3423.

Hours are by appointment only on Sundays and Mondays. Tuesday through Friday the salon is open from 10 am to 6 pm, and Saturday from 10 am to 3 pm. All stylists and technicians work as independent contractors.
