The studio describes its facials as luxurious and says its estheticians work with all hair types and with people of every size and ethnicity. Services are grouped into face waxing, body waxing, and brow and lash treatments. Face waxing covers chin, eyebrows, upper and lower lip, and neck, and the neck can be done front or back for $15, with both sides costing double. Body waxing ranges from underarms, shoulders and stomach strips to full back, full arm and full leg service. Brow and lash options include brow hybrid dye, lash hybrid dye, brow lamination with wax, and a Korean lash lift that the studio says lasts 6 to 8 weeks.

Booking is online for first-time clients, who can take first-time pricing on classic bikini, deep bikini and Brazilian waxing at the current location. A free 15-minute face consultation is available to talk through a desired service and review options. A 50% deposit of the service price is required at booking and applied to the total. Cancellations or reschedules within 72 hours are subject to a non-refundable deposit, and emergency absences are considered case by case. Guests are welcome if they do not disrupt the service, and there is no separate lounge, so guests stay in the treatment room. Clients under 18 need a parent or guardian to be informed, sign forms and give permission before the appointment.

Waxing guidance from the studio: hair should reach at least a quarter inch or grow for at least 3 weeks after shaving or trimming, and waxing is generally recommended every 3 to 6 weeks. Shaving between appointments is not advised. Waxing cannot be done on sunburned or irritated skin, open skin, or moles, and clients should be off acne medication such as Accutane, Differin or Isotretinoin for at least 1 year. The treated area cannot be waxed within 6 months of laser skin resurfacing or within one year of a physician-administered peel. Clients are advised to avoid heavy exercise, sex, hot baths, pools and tanning for 24 to 48 hours afterward. Bikini, deep Brazilian, Brazilian and buttocks waxing are not offered to males; other services are available to males. Gift cards can be purchased on the website.

The studio tailors skincare to each client and aims to bring each client's beauty goals to life. Waxing is matched to the area and hair type, using hard wax for the face and more sensitive body areas and soft wax with cloth strips for legs, fine-haired arms and fine eyebrow hair.
