Services are by appointment only. Hours are Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Wednesday and Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and alternating Saturdays from 8:30 AM to 3:00 PM; the studio is closed on Mondays and Sundays. Cancellations and reschedules need 24 hours notice, which the studio enforces strictly, though emergency absences are considered individually. The studio may decline any service that cannot be done safely or that may need medical attention. Free consultations are offered for facials, microneedling, and Skin Classic, and a facial consultation includes a skin analysis and a personalized treatment plan.

Facials are tailored to all skin types and are considered safe for first-time clients. Clients can choose a shoulder, foot or scalp massage as part of the treatment. Facial lines include the Skin Script, Circadia, Hale & Hash and Face Reality product ranges. Six facials can be purchased as a series, with the sixth one included free. The studio recommends monthly facials to keep up with skin cell turnover, which happens about every 30 days.

Chemical peels range from a gentle superficial peel suited to monthly care to the Bio Re Therapy blue peel and the Advanced Corrective Peel. Corrective peels need several weeks of preparation beforehand and are usually scheduled in fall and winter. Microneedling is offered for the face, neck and décolleté, brows, hands and stretch marks, using a Dr. Pen with a new sterile single-use cartridge for each session. Treatments are typically a series spaced three to four weeks apart, with a topical numbing cream applied beforehand. The salon says its microneedling is performed by staff with advanced training from the USA and Europe.

Skin Classic is offered for small skin lumps and bumps, such as skin tags, cherry angiomas, seborrheic keratosis, brown spots and broken capillaries. The salon describes it as an award-winning laser alternative. Other offerings include Swedish, deep tissue, trigger point, lymphatic drainage, prenatal, postpartum and stretching massage, plus private infrared sauna sessions for one or two guests in a full spectrum, low EMF unit. Waxing is the studio's core service, and the salon says Brazilian waxing is the service it performs most often.
