The studio was created by founder Esther Brister, who works as The Korean Esthetician and a holistic skin therapist. Mica is the studio's Skin Revival Specialist. The medical director is not on site, and questions about the medical director go to Esther Brister.

The Acne Clearing Journey is a skin-clearing program that combines Korean and Western methods and typically runs about four to six months. The in-person initial program costs $139 to $200 and includes a consultation, a sensitivity test and a treatment with extractions. A consultation plus treatment alone is $200 and takes about 90 minutes. Clients should budget $175 to $300 for the initial homecare routine. Level 1 bi-weekly treatments cost $139 and Level 2 treatments cost $189 every six weeks, each about 40 minutes and open to current clients only. Virtual options include an Acne Clearing Journey consultation for $50 to $100 with a homecare regimen shipped to the client, a 45-minute Bootcamp Consultation for $109, and bi-weekly check-ins for $50 each, up to 30 minutes.

According to the studio, it is among a small number of DFW-area studios with Korean lash lift training. First-time clients book the Intro Korean Lash Lift, priced at $140 for a 75-minute appointment. That visit covers a lash consultation and a custom lift with tint, and it allows extra service time. Returning clients book a 60-minute maintenance visit with tint for $120, usually recommended every 6 to 8 weeks. Cellstory liquid microneedling costs $325 per session, or $877.50 for a package of three sessions. The O2 Tox Peel spicule treatment is listed at $65.

The studio sells retail skincare from Sorella Apothecary, SIV, Thesera, Neogenesis, Michele Corley, LILIS, KrX, Face Reality, Dermathod, Corthe, Anfisa Skin and Amarte. Corthe Cleansing Oil is listed at $50 and Biome Balancing Serum at $68. Corthe products and O2 Tox Peel products can be picked up at the studio, usually within 2 to 4 days. Sales are final, though exceptions are considered individually. A return requires an unused item in its original packaging along with proof of purchase. Perishables, custom products, personal care goods, sale items and gift cards are not returnable. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
