The Richardson barbershop serves men and boys, the Richardson beauty salon serves women, and the Murphy shop takes men, women and kids. The Richardson shops also welcome clients from nearby Plano, Garland and Dallas.

Walk-ins are accepted at all locations during opening hours, depending on chair availability, but appointments take precedence. Reservations can be made via Booksy or by phone at the shop. Booking in advance is advised for color, bridal and longer services. A haircut with a beard trim typically runs just under an hour, and every detail is checked with the client before they get up from the chair. Each service finishes with a complimentary head massage, and every visit includes a complimentary face mask. Massage chairs are available for clients waiting to be seen.

Color and hair care use Keune Professional color, which is used exclusively, along with Milbon Japanese hair care for cleansing and conditioning. The Richardson salon offers Keratherapy keratin treatments, which can be extended with a color lock or extension treatment, as well as Japanese hair straightening and a Japanese head spa where scalp treatments are done alongside the client's stylist. Bridal makeup is $250 in Richardson and takes about two and a half hours, and bridal hair and makeup overall takes three hours or more.

At the Richardson salon, brow and lash services include microblading starting at $350, ombré brows starting at $350, nano brows at $350, lip blushing at $400, brow lamination at $55, lash lifts at $65 and eyelash extensions starting at $120. Skin services there include Botox at $14 per unit, hydro facials at $90, microneedling starting at $125 and a range of facials.
