The nail menu covers manicures, pedicures, builder gel (BIAB), Gel-X extensions, dip powder, nail enhancements, nail art and children's services for ages 12 and under. BIAB full sets for new clients start at $70 and refills for returning clients start at $60. Gel-X full sets start at $60 and include a cuticle trim and removal of any previous Gel-X set. The salon does not fill work that was done by other nail technicians or other salons.

Manicures and pedicures are built around named treatment lines. The Kalos services use a naturopathic botanical balm and oil with CBD-based massage steps, while the Muse services use a 24k gold formulation. The Vita-C services are served with freshly squeezed orange juice from Muse Cafe, and the Organic Milk & Honey Pedicure is made with certified organic ingredients. Kalos Manicure Recovery and Kalos Pedicure Recovery are not recommended during pregnancy.

KM Medspa offers facials, skin rejuvenation treatments such as the Astrodome Facial, Hydrafacial Signature + LED, DEJ BioStim Peel and Microneedling + HA, plus injectables, laser and contouring, IV hydration blends and wellness injections. The medspa team includes aestheticians, manicurists and medically trained professionals, and the business says its team trained at programs it considers leading in the medical and aesthetic fields. Membership plans called Essential, Radiance and Elite are billed monthly after a three-month minimum commitment, with member discounts on other medspa services, lashes and retail.

The studio also teaches hands-on nail technician classes at beginner, intermediate and advanced levels.
