The spa describes its approach as affordable luxury that combines current trends, technology and personal attention, and says it keeps up with industry trends and uses advanced techniques. Financing is handled through Cherry, a buy now, pay later company. Cherry lists 0% APR options subject to eligibility and interest-bearing plans with APRs as low as 5.99%, says it does not run hard credit checks, and lists approvals up to $50,000 with no hidden fees.

New clients can start with a complimentary consultation with an aesthetic or wellness expert. Separate consultations are offered for ClearLift, superficial or Deka CoolPeel, IPL, laser hair reduction, microneedling, Opus Plasma and general skin care.

Booking requires agreeing to the appointment policies on the online booking page. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may lead to rescheduling, and appointments canceled, moved or missed with less than 48 hours' notice carry a $50 fee on the card on file. Aesthetic treatments are non-refundable and results are not guaranteed. Retail product sales are final, though defective items can be exchanged for the same item within 14 days. Prepaid treatments and packages must be used within 12 months of purchase, or within 6 months for some promotional purchases, and unused services after expiration are forfeited. Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be turned into cash.

A referral program gives clients a $50 to $300 account credit when they refer a friend who books any cosmetic service, with rewards continuing for each referral. A loyalty program offers ongoing spa benefits, with details shared at appointments. The spa posts updates on Facebook and Instagram and runs monthly promotions and quarterly events.

Blends current trends, technology and a personal touch, as the spa describes its own method. Results are not guaranteed.
