The practice combines current technology with medical providers and individualized plans. Every plan starts with a detailed consultation that looks at skin and facial structure, and the practice says it aims for results that look natural. It also states that its providers avoid trends and gimmicks and focus on approaches with proven results. The site says its services use FDA-cleared technology and are delivered by licensed professionals in a medical setting. The first consultation is complimentary for new patients.

A visit usually begins with that consultation. Injectables and fillers are given in the office without anesthesia and typically take 15 to 30 minutes. Most services involve little to no downtime, and aftercare instructions are given during the visit. Walk-ins are welcome, though availability is not guaranteed, so calling ahead is recommended if you want same-day injectable treatment. Financing options are available through the front desk and providers. Both locations are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Saturday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and are closed Sundays.

The Insiders Membership is priced at $179 a month, or $129 a month for the first 100 members who sign up under the founder offer. Members receive 15 percent off full-price services and retail products, plus Botox at $9.50 per unit and Jeuveau at $9.00 per unit. Each year the membership includes a $50 birthday gift card and two guest passes, and every three months members can pick one complimentary service from a select menu. The first three months are required; after that, the membership renews monthly and may be cancelled with 30 days' written notice. Monthly payments accumulate credit that applies to any service or product, but it cannot be transferred or cashed out, and it expires 60 days after cancellation. Members may freeze the membership once every six months at no charge for up to 90 days; each further freeze costs $149. Rejoining after a cancellation carries a $179 fee.
