The Face Reality acne bootcamp is the business's structured acne program. It begins with a non-refundable, non-transferable $50 consult, and a consult and treatment together cost $115. Face Reality products are an additional $125 to $180, and follow-up sessions cost $80 and are scheduled two to four weeks apart. The program asks for a full commitment from the client over several months.

Custom Advanced Facial pricing is set after a skin analysis, so clients who are unsure what they need can start there. Existing clients can book a consult to check in on their progress. The facial menu includes a teen option that is not suited to significant extractions or inflammatory acne, and a men's facial that combines microdermabrasion or ultrasonic exfoliation with a multi mask.

Appointments carry a fee if they are not cancelled within 24 hours or if the client does not arrive. The business is open Monday from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm, Wednesday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, and Friday from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm.
