About

Bloom Rejuv Med Spa & Ultrasound combines rejuvenation treatments, HD ultrasound and support for mothers under one roof in North Reading. Alexis Arsenis founded Bloom after identifying a need for postpartum care while becoming a mother, and the business was created to offer rejuvenation services alongside support groups and coaching for mothers.

The treatment menu is organized into face, body and injectables. Facial options include HydraFacial, RejuvPeel chemical peels, microneedling, RF microneedling and laser resurfacing. Body services include Body Sculpt, Body Tone, laser hair removal on the legs, underarms, bikini area and face, laser tattoo removal, body peels and feminine rejuvenation. Injectables cover Botox and Dysport neurotoxin for areas such as the forehead, crow's feet, jawline and excessive sweating, along with dermal fillers for lips, cheeks, the chin and jawline, tear troughs and the nose.

The ultrasound studio is designed to feel spa-like and has a 75-inch screen so family and friends can watch along. Packages run from a 10-minute 2D pregnancy confirmation up to a 20 to 25 minute HD session with video recording and printed images. Family members, including children, are welcome. Ultrasound packages are elective and are not covered by insurance, and payment is accepted by major credit or debit card and cash. If gender cannot be seen at 15 weeks or later, a free rescan is offered within 14 days. Clients need to be under prenatal care, and the business does not contact a client's doctor before a scan.

Memberships are annual with a 12-month commitment and then roll to month-to-month, except laser hair removal memberships. A one-time $100 start-up fee applies, membership services must be used within the calendar month and do not roll over, and memberships cannot be shared. Cancellation requires 30 days written notice before the next bill date and carries a $495 early cancellation charge.

Doula support includes labor care for home, hospital and cesarean births, and postpartum help with feeding, diaper changes, light housekeeping and meal preparation. Mother's Haven offers focus groups, mom coaching, pre and postnatal nutrition guidance and postpartum coaching, including a one-hour online support group on Thursdays from 10:30 to 11:30 am. One-on-one coaching is available with a Concierge Specialist who visits the client.

Pairs cosmetic and medical aesthetic treatments with practical support for mothers, from pregnancy through the postpartum period.

The ultrasound studio is designed to feel spa-like, with a large screen so family and friends can watch.
